Hello readers!
November already?!? Where has 2025 gone?
Honorable Living
November always seems to invite gratitude, doesn’t it? The world moves fast, and the pull toward Christmas starts earlier every year. I tend to be a little rebellious about it, and instead of getting into Christmas just yet, try to linger in fall just a little longer—to savor the colors, the cooler air, and the chance to reset a few things before the celebrations begin.
Whatever pace you choose this month, I hope you’ll pause often to notice the good around you and cultivate a little extra gratefulness.
Ongoing Learning
Here’s a new discovery I’m excited about: you can now scan documents and photos directly into Google Drive using Google Docs! It’s a simple, built-in way to save receipts, keep track of paperwork, or upload something you need to reference later.

Power Skills
A recent moment reminded me how important precise communication can be. I brought some small activities—like puzzles and building blocks—to our co-work spot for people to enjoy on breaks. When I handed the bag to the community manager, I said, “Here’s a bag of adult toys.”
We both burst out laughing, and I quickly clarified what I meant! 😄 It was a good reminder that words matter—and that laughter can turn even a misstep into a memorable connection.
Enthusiastic Exploration
In October, two teams joined our Greenville Wanderer—a scavenger hunt experience through On Purpose Adventures. They had a fantastic time exploring the city, bonding, and sharpening their communication and strategy skills.
If your team or group could use a fun, energizing way to build connection, I’d love to help you plan a similar adventure!
And for those in the Greenville area, here’s something close to my heart: a list of Blessing Boxes—honor-system spots where you can give what you can and take what you need. It’s a beautiful way for neighbors to quietly care for one another.
’Til next time—stay thankful,
Beth
