With your latest purchase, here are a few things to remember.
- Expiration dates (90 days for 10 hours, 120 for 20) only apply if we do not have regular contact or tasks or have not made another arrangement with you. We have them for cases of long-term inactivity, but generally do not need to enforce them.
- Prepaid Service Accounts are typically non-refundable, but if there is an emergency situation (on either end) we will be supportive and reasonable with the money with which you have entrusted us.
- Most hands-on client work done by me (Beth Beutler) will be handled Monday - Thursdays during core business hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm EST. However, I tend to monitor incoming email outside of those hours, responding if it's essential to keep projects moving. My team each have their own preferred schedules, often working different hours (i.e. nights, weekends) than I do. Thus you may see activity if you are working with one of them directly on a project.
